We’ve designed tiers to fit a range of budgets and goals:

SeedContact us to discuss pricing. Perfect for small businesses and independent professionals. Includes a sponsor booth and listing on the ThriveLib sponsors page.

Root$250 and above. Everything in Seed, plus your logo on the ThriveLib website and conference event page, a group verbal acknowledgment at opening and closing sessions, and a group social media thank-you post.

Sapling$500 and above Everything in Root, plus a priority booth position, your logo on the conference homepage and in pre- and post-conference emails, and a dedicated social media thank-you post.

Canopy$1,000 and above: Everything in Sapling, plus a booth at the top of the list, a spotlight feature on the ThriveLib website, and 4 complimentary registrations.

Our Privacy Commitment

We want to be upfront about something: ThriveLib will never share or sell attendee email addresses or personal contact information with sponsors. We believe this is essential to maintaining the trust and psychological safety of our community. Sponsor visibility is provided only through the channels described in our prospectus, and sponsor booths do not include private messaging to attendees.


About the Sponsor Booth

All sponsors receive a customizable booth on the HeySummit conference platform, where you can share your logo, a description of your work, links to your website and social channels, downloadable resources, and promotional giveaways. Once your sponsorship payment is received, we’ll send you a login so you can set up and manage your booth directly.
