Our Privacy Commitment
ThriveLib will never share or sell attendee email addresses or personal contact information with sponsors. We believe this is essential to maintaining the trust and psychological safety of our community. Sponsor visibility is provided only through the channels described in this prospectus. Please note that sponsor booths do not include private messaging to attendees.

About the Sponsor Booth
Sponsors receive a booth on the HeySummit conference platform. Booths can be customized with your organization’s logo, a description of your work, links to your website and social media channels, downloadable resources for attendees, and promotions or prize giveaways. Booths do not include private attendee messaging, in keeping with our commitment to attendee privacy and a low-pressure conference environment.
Booth Set Up
Once your sponsorship payment is received, ThriveLib will email you a login to the ThriveLib website at the address you provide. That login gives you direct access to set up and manage your booth including uploading your logo and images, writing your description, adding links, and posting any promotional content or giveaways.
Sponsors are responsible for setting up their own booths; ThriveLib will not configure or populate booth content on your behalf. All booth content must adhere to the ThriveLib Code of Conduct, which applies to all participants and spaces associated with the conference. ThriveLib reserves the right to remove content that does not meet community standards.

We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, or check. We are a small, dedicated team committed to keeping ThriveLib affordable and accessible, and we are deeply grateful for every contribution that makes it possible.
